- Satisfaction Guarantee -
All products that are carried in the WP On-Line store and in our paper
catalogue are covered by the "WP 100% Satisfaction Guarantee".
 -You must first call WP (at the phone number above ) to receive a Return Authorization Number
before you return any merchandise. Boxes without an RA may not be accepted.
-We accept returns on most all products with few limitations. Limitations, if any,
will be posted on the specific product page in our store. All products returned
(accept damaged merchandise) must be in their original "new" condition, unopened,
and unused.
-Returns of products not desired, are accepted. You must pay shipping to return
them to the warehouse and, unfortunately, we cannot credit you for the original shipping
charge to get it to your location - but you will be credited for the full cost of the item(s).
You may select a refund (of product cost), a replacement, or a different product.
-ALL products that are received damaged or malfunctioning are fully returnable at
no cost to you. You may select a full refund, a replacement, or a different product.
-Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on oils, herbs, or any
internal use items unless they are damaged .
