During the months of November and December, Internet sales jump dramatically as
people begin to purchase their Christmas / Yule presents. Because of this increase, two
things may occur:

1) A slowdown in delivery times from UPS and the US Mail. Both of these services
deliver nearly 1/2 of their annual packages during these months. At times, it may take
an extra day or two for you to receive your packages. In addition to this, UPS is CLOSED
(no shipping) on the following days:

.......... * No Shipping November 27th & November 28th (Year 2003)
.......... * No Shipping December 24th, 25th, 26th & December 31st (Year 2003)


2) Packing times at Whispered Prayers may be affected due to the increase in orders. We
will make every effort to pack and ship your order to you with-in 24-48 hours, but
during these high-traffic months it becomes harder. From time-to-time, during these 2
months, we may fall behind and it may take a couple of extra days to pack your order.

When placing your orders over the next couple of months, please keep in mind the above
slow-downs.

* Order Before December 5th: Standard Shipping is Acceptable but 3-Day Shipping Recommended
for East Coast Residents
* December 6th - 9th: 3-Day Shipping is Highly Recommended for ALL
* December 10th - 14th: 3-Day Shipping REQUIRED
* December 15th - 18th: 2 Day Shipping REQUIRED
* December 19th ( last day ) : Overnight Shipping REQUIRED
