When you shop in the WP store, or when you are just looking around, here is the
security and privacy that you can expect to receive.


Security:
The WP On-Line Store uses the most up to date security encryption methods in the
form of Secure Socket Layers. When you submit your order, the order, shipping, and
billing information is encrypted, so that no other person will be able to view your
information. Going a step further, all customers are further protected by: (1) submitted
orders are placed in a secure, private, database, separate from the WP website, before
they are printed. (2) After we have processed your order, all billing information is deleted
from electronic storage devices to protect you from unauthorized viewing.

When you are just surfing the website: We collect virtually no information about you when you are just surfing our website. Our "hit counter" will count your visit and also inform us of some of the pages that you visited, but it will NOT collect your E-mail address, your IP Address, any personal information about you, or even where you came from. When you are placing an order: We will obviously need to collect your shipping address, E-mail address, phone number, and your method of payment in order to process your order. In addition to this, a "Session ID Cookie" will be placed in you browser. This insures the NO OTHER PERSON will be able to view your order and information, and you will not be able to view anyone elses order. ( All state of the art shopping cart programs use this feature )

What About Cookies ?:
As stated above, a Session ID Cookie will be stored in your browser program for a
limited time. The cookie contains NO personal information, it simply creates a unique
relationship between your browser and your order - so that no other person will see
your ordering information. Our session id cookies are long strings (up to 30 characters)
of random numbers and letters. After leaving the WP store, the cookie will automatically
be deleted from your browser after a couple of days.


How We Use Collected Information:
WP uses the information you submit on your order form to process and ship your order
to you, and that is all. We do not sell, rent, or give private information to any other company,
person, or 3rd party. In addition to this, we never buy any information in this fashion.
Your billing information is NOT stored by Whispered Prayers after it has been used to
process your order.

The only time your information may be given to a 3rd party; (1) in the rare occurrence that
law enforcement requires us to disclose information based upon the violation of law or the
possibility of such. (2) When the safety, rights, and / or property of the
Whispered Prayers Partnership, or our customers is in danger or has been
violated. (in accordance to civil, state, or federal law)


What About Customer Accounts ?:
Creating and using your WP customer account will help you save time. When you use
your account, your shipping and billing information will be automatically filled-in. ( you can
change it during check-out if you need to ) Also, our order system will automatically
track your total orders for qualification for "Frequent Buyer Discounts", in addition to
allowing you to track and view your previous orders.

Your user name, password, address will be saved in our computer database.
(your billing information will NOT be)

This information will be used for no other activities than stated.
